To add a picture to your post or signiture follow these instructions carefully:

1. Go to www.tinypic.co.uk
2. Click browse and select your photo from your documents.
3. Click upload.
4. Enter the code that you see when a little box comes up.
5. Copy and paste the IMG Code for forums and message boards.
6. Click 'new thread' or 'post reply'.
7. Then paste the code.
8. Press send once you have completed you thread/ post.
